The ZMY18-13 is a silicon planar power zener diode widely used in stabilizing and clipping circuits with high power rating. It is designed to provide precise voltage regulation and is graded according to the international E 24 standard for zener voltages. Smaller voltage tolerances can be requested. The ZMY18-13 is also available in the DO-41 case with the type designation ZPY1 ... ZPY100.Specifications and features
