Description
Electronic Component Model: STD6NM60T4 is an N-channel enhancement mode power MOS transistor. It has a typical RDS(on) of 0.35 Ω and is designed with avalanche rugged technology. It is 100% avalanche tested and has repetitive avalanche data at 100°C. This transistor has a low gate charge and high current capability. It can operate at temperatures up to 175oC and is characterized for various applications. It is available in through-hole IPAK (TO-251) power package in a tube (suffix ”-1”) and surface-mounting DPAK (TO-252) power package in tape & reel (suffix ”T4”).
