The ST10F276E is a 16-bit single-chip CMOS microcontroller from STMicroelectronics. It offers high CPU performance, with a maximum clock speed of 64MHz and up to 32 million instructions per second. Along with its high performance, it provides advanced peripheral functionality and enhanced I/O capabilities. The microcontroller also features on-chip high-speed single voltage Flash memory, high-speed RAM, and clock generation via PLL.Specifications and features
