Edal Series F power rectifiers (model F6EC-1G8425) are stud mounted DO-5 packages. These rectifiers are designed with a silicon junction carefully fitted within a glass-to-metal hermetically sealed case, ensuring reliable operation even in extreme humidity and other severe environmental conditions. They are completely corrosion resistant, thanks to their robust design.
These rectifiers utilize a double diffused, passivated junction technique, which provides stable and uniform electrical characteristics. They have very low leakage currents and excellent surge handling capability. Available in standard, bulk avalanche, and fast recovery types, with voltage ratings ranging from 50 to 1500 volts PIV. Additionally, the Series F power rectifiers are available in reverse polarity, offering extended application parameters.
Edal Series F power rectifiers (model F6EC-1G8425) are ideal for a broad range of commercial and military uses, including power supplies, ultrasonic systems, inverters, welders, emergency generators, battery chargers, DC motors, and motor controls.
