Description
The L6928D013TR is a DC-DC monolithic regulator designed to provide high efficiency, with a supply voltage that can be as low as 2V, making it suitable for single Li-ion cell supplied applications. The output voltage can also be selected using an external divider down to 0.6V, while the 1.4MHz fixed-frequency, current mode-architecture ensures efficient performance.
