Electronic Component Model: 25120P is part of the Information Storage Devices ISD2500 Chip Corder® Series. It is a single-chip Record/Playback solution designed for messaging applications lasting from 32 to 120 seconds. This CMOS device includes various features such as an on-chip oscillator, microphone preamplifier, automatic gain control, antialiasing filter, smoothing filter, speaker amplifier, and high density multi-level storage array. The ISD2500 is also microcontroller compatible, allowing for complex messaging and addressing capabilities. Recordings are stored in on-chip nonvolatile memory cells, providing zero-power message storage. This single-chip solution is made possible through ISD's patented multilevel storage technology, offering high-quality, solid-state voice reproduction.
