The CAT93C46LCAT is a memory device categorized as IC Chips which is part of the CAT93Cxx series of Serial EEPROM offered by ON Semiconductor. It has a 1 kb storage capacity which can be configured either as 64 registers of 16 bits or 128 registers of 8 bits, depending on the voltage applied to the ORG pin. Serial read and write operations can be done through the DI and DO pins of the device. It features an on-chip Power-On Reset circuit that safeguards its internal logic against power-up in the wrong state.
