Description

The SED1520F0A is a CMOS low-power dot matrix liquid crystal graphic display controller. It can interface with high-speed microprocessors such as the Intel or Motorola family. The controller supports a set of rich commands that allow the user to create a layered display of characters and graphics. It can also serve as a pipeline buffer between the MPU and display memory, enabling the use of low-cost, medium-speed SRAM.
