Description
The AME8815AEGT330 is an IC chip in the AME8815 series of linear regulators. These regulators are designed to have a low quiescent current and low dropout voltage, making them ideal for use in battery-powered applications. It is available in D2PAK, TO-220, DPAK, and SOT223 packages. The space-efficient DPAK and SOT223 packages make it ideal for pocket and handheld applications, whereas the TO-220 and D2PAK packages are ideal for larger applications.
