  • Description

    The LT1280ACSW#PBF is a dual RS232 driver/receiver pair with an integral charge pump that generates RS232 voltage levels from a single 5V supply. It features a rugged bipolar design that provides operating fault tolerance and unmatched ESD protection compared to competing CMOS designs. With only 0.1µF external capacitors, this circuit consumes only 40mW of power and can operate at speeds up to 120kbaud even when driving heavy capacitive loads.
