The RTS5138-GR is a high-performance USB 2.0 compliant card-reader that supports various memory cards including SD/MMC, MS/MSPRO, xD-Picture, and Smart Card/SIM cards. This electronic component integrates a USB 2.0 transceiver, MCU, DC-DC regulators, and memory card access unit into a single chip. It is capable of supporting a wide range of memory card interfaces and features hardware CRC function for data integrity. The RTS5138-GR also supports various operating systems including Linux.
