Electronic Component Model: DTC144VU is a single, pre-biased bipolar junction transistor (BJT). It features built-in bias resistors, which allow the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors. The bias resistors are made of thin-film resistors with complete isolation, eliminating parasitic effects. This makes negative biasing of the input possible. The device design is simplified as only the on/off conditions need to be set for operation. Additionally, higher mounting densities can be achieved.
