Description
The MICRF113YM6 is a high-performance, easy-to-use, single chip ASK Transmitter IC designed for remote wireless applications in the 300MHz to 450MHz frequency band. It is a true "data-in, antenna-out" monolithic device with three strong attributes: power delivery, operating voltage, and operating temperature. The MICRF113YM6 is capable of delivering +10dBm of power into a 50Ω load.

The MICRF113YM6 is a complete UHF ASK transmitter with a frequency range of 300MHz to 450MHz. It supports bit rates up to 20kbps and can output power up to 10dBm. With a low external part count and low voltage operation down to 1.8V, it is highly versatile. The MICRF113YM6 can operate with crystals or ceramic resonators and comes in a compact 6-pin SOT23 package.
