Description
The TDA5103A is a single chip ASK transmitter for the frequency band 344-347 MHz. It offers a high level of integration and requires only a few external components. The device features a fully integrated PLL synthesizer and a high efficiency power amplifier to drive a loop antenna. It incorporates special circuit and power amplifier designs to save current consumption and extend battery life. Additionally, it includes features such as a power down mode, low power detect, and a divided clock output.
