Description
The R1140Q281D-TR-F is a voltage regulator IC, part of the R1140Q Series of IC chips. It has high accuracy for output voltage, low supply current, high ripple rejection, and low ON resistance. It is suitable for use as a power source in handheld communication equipment, electrical appliances such as cameras and camcorders, and battery-powered equipment. The package is SC-82AB (Super Mini-mold) which allows for high density mounting on boards.
