Description
The ADM691ARZ-REEL is a monitoring and reset circuit component used in microprocessor systems. It is a member of the ADM690–ADM695 family of supervisory circuits that offers a single-chip solution for multiple functions such as power supply monitoring, battery control, CMOS RAM write protection, and power failure warning. The ADM691ARZ-REEL is an upgrade of the MAX690-MAX695 with superior features such as low power consumption of 5mW, precision voltage monitor, high current drive of 100mA, and automatic battery backup power switching.
