Description
Electronic Component Model: UPB1508GV-E1 is a 3.0 GHz input divide by 2 prescaler IC designed for DBS tuner applications. It is a shrink package version of µPB584G, which helps reduce the mounting space. Manufactured using NEC's high fT NESAT™ IV silicon bipolar process, the IC offers excellent performance, uniformity, and reliability. The chip surface is protected from external pollution and corrosion/migration by using silicon nitride passivation film and gold electrodes.
