Description
Electronic Component Model: EMA2 T2R is an array of pre-biased BJTs. It is designed with built-in biasing resistors, R1 = R2 = 47kW. This component consists of two DTA144E chips in one package. It is an emitter(GND)-common type. The built-in bias resistors allow the configuration of an inverter circuit without the need for connecting external input resistors. The bias resistors are thin-film resistors with complete isolation, allowing negative biasing of the input and eliminating parasitic effects. Operation of the circuit only requires setting the on/off conditions, making the circuit design easy. It is also Lead Free/RoHS Compliant.
