The RRM16XL223JC is a type of IC chip, which is an electronic component. It is designed as a dual-channel low noise, low dropout (LDO) linear regulator. The regulator is particularly suitable for battery-powered devices and portable equipment since the component has a low 300mV dropout and good PSRR. The chip also consumes only 80uA supply current with both regulators enabled and supports different output voltages of a full range from 1.2 to 3.6V (pre-set). Additionally, the RRM16XL223JC has a smart design that fits three different pin allocations of the SOT23-6 package, providing users with higher flexibility in PCB layout.
