Description

The LTC1440IMS8#TR is a single channel ultralow power comparator with a built-in reference. It has TTL/CMOS compatible outputs that can sink and source a current and 12µs propagation delay with 10mV overdrive. It has less than 3.7µA supply current over temperature and a 1.182V ±1% reference. The reference output can drive a bypass capacitor of up to 0.01µF without oscillation. The input voltage range includes the negative supply. It comes in a 3mm x 3mm x 0.75mm DFN package.
