    The AQY414SZ is a solid-state relay designed to control low-level analog signals without distortion. It features extremely low closed-circuit offset voltage, a low on-resistance, and a very small off-state leakage current of 1nA even with the rated load voltage of 400 V (AQY414S). This model is a 60V type that couples high capacity (0.5A) with low on-resistance (1Ω) and comes in a super-miniature SO package 4-pin type measuring 4.3mm (W) x 4.4mm (L) x 2.1mm (H) — approximately 70% of the volume and footprint size of other relays. It is also a normally closed type (1 Form B).
