    The 74LVCU04D is a low voltage CMOS HEX INVERTER SINGLE STAGE electronic component model, designed with sub-micron silicon gate and double-layer metal wiring C2MOS technology. It is suitable for 1.65 to 3.6VCC operations and is ideal for low power and low noise applications. Moreover, it can be easily interfaced to a 5V signal environment in mixed 3.3/5V systems. Compared to the 5V AC/ACT family, this model offers higher speed performance at 3.3V along with lower power consumption. Additionally, all its inputs and outputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge, providing 2KV ESD immunity and transient excess voltage protection.
