The N80C51BH-2 is an IC chip, belonging to the MCS® 51 controller family. It is a single-chip control-oriented microcontroller, fabricated on Intel's reliable CHMOS III-E technology. The device has the same architecture and pin-for-pin compatibility as the existing MCS 51 controller family of products.
