Description
The A1120ELHLT-T is a Hall-effect unipolar switch that belongs to the magnetic sensors - switches category. It is a highly temperature-stable and stress-resistant sensor IC, suitable for operation over extended temperature ranges of up to 150°C. Its high-temperature performance is achieved through dynamic offset cancellation, which reduces the residual offset voltage caused by device overmolding, temperature dependencies, and thermal stress. This device includes on a single silicon chip a voltage regulator, Hall-voltage generator, small-signal amplifier, chopper stabilization, Schmitt trigger, and a short-circuit protected open-drain output to sink up to 25 mA.
