Description
The OPA333AID is a CMOS operational amplifier that belongs to the precision op-amps category. It is designed to operate on a minimum single supply of 2.3V. The output voltage accuracy is ensured at ± 3mV and is capable of driving a rail-to-rail output with a 100kΩ load.
The low quiescent current of 20μA per amplifier, a low offset voltage of 125μV(max), a low input bias current of 1pA, and a high open-loop gain of 115dB are among its distinctive features. The device includes wholly independent circuitry for crosstalk elimination and interaction aversion. The OPA333AID is particularly intended for portable applications that require battery power.
