Description
The AD704ARZ-16-REEL is a precision bipolar op-amp that is designed with high DC precision, low power consumption, and low noise. It has 75µV offset voltage and a maximum input bias current of 150pA. The AD704ARZ-16-REEL utilizes Super beta bipolar input transistors to achieve picoampere input bias current levels similar to FET input amplifiers at room temperature. Its input bias typically increases by only 5x at +125°C, in contrast to a BiFET amp, which doubles every 10°C, resulting in a 1000x increase at +125°C. The product is available in a tape and reel format in accordance with the EIA-481A Standard.
