Description
Electronic Component Model: SFH6319T is a transistor output optocoupler designed in a SOIC-8 package. It achieves a very high current ratio and offers 2500 VAC isolation. The device combines an LED with an integrated high-gain photodetector, enabling high-speed operation and TTL compatible saturation voltages. By tying the VCC and VO terminals together, it can operate as a photodarlington. Additionally, it features an adjustable gain bandwidth through access to the base terminal.
