Description
The SFH610A-1 is a Transistor Output Optocoupler that features a high current transfer ratio, low coupling capacitance, and high isolation voltage. It has a GaAs infrared diode emitter, optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector, and is available in a plastic DIP-4 or SMD package. This coupler is designed for signal transmission between two electrically separated circuits and can be easily stacked with a 2.54 mm spacing. It complies with IEC 60950 (DIN VDE 0805) for reinforced insulation up to an operation voltage of 400 VRMS or DC. Please note that specifications are subject to change.
