Description
The RHRG30100C is a hyperfast dual diode with soft recovery characteristics, which means it has a recovery time of less than 65ns and half the recovery time of ultrafast diodes. It is of silicon nitride passivated ion-implanted epitaxial planar construction, making it ideal for use as a rectifier and freewheeling/clamping diode in switching power supplies and other power switching applications. Its low stored charge and hyperfast soft recovery also minimize ringing and electrical noise, reducing power loss in the switching transistors.
