    The MAT03FHZ is a dual monolithic PNP transistor that offers excellent parametric matching and high frequency performance. With low noise characteristics and high bandwidth, it is an ideal choice for demanding preamplifier applications. The MAT03FHZ also features tight current gain matching and high current gain, making it suitable for current mirrors. It has a low value of bulk resistance, making it ideal for applications requiring accurate logarithmic conformance. Each transistor is individually tested to ensure it meets data sheet specifications, and device performance is guaranteed over a wide temperature range, including industrial and military settings. Internal protection diodes across the base-emitter junction prevent breakdown conditions and ensure long term stability of the matching parameters.
