    The DS1013M-20 is a delay line electronic component model in the product category of delay lines. It features three independent logic buffered delays in a single package. The DS1013M-20 is offered in a standard 14-pin DIP package, which is pin-compatible with hybrid delay lines. Alternatively, 8-pin DIP and surface mount packages are available for saving PC board area. The DS1013M-20 is an all-silicon solution, providing better economy compared to older methods using hybrid techniques. It offers a nominal accuracy of ±2ns for delay times ranging from 10 ns to 60 ns, and 5% for delays of 150 ns and longer. The DS1013M-20 reproduces the input logic state at the output after a fixed delay specified by the dash number extension of the part number.
