    The DS1013M is part of the DS1013 series of delay lines. It is a highly versatile electronic component used in various applications. With an all-silicon solution, the DS1013M offers better economy compared to older methods using hybrid techniques. It provides a nominal accuracy of ±2ns for delay times ranging from 10 ns to 60 ns and 5% accuracy for delays of 150 ns and longer. The DS1013M reproduces the input logic state at the output after a fixed delay.
