The UPD81046GD-5BB is a high-speed and high sensitive color CCD (Charge Coupled Device) linear image sensor. It is capable of changing optical images into electrical signals and has the function of color separation. With 3 rows of 7300 pixels, this sensor is a 2-output/color type CCD sensor with 2 rows/color of charge transfer register. This design allows for the separate transfer of the photo signal electrons of 7300 pixels in odd and even pixels. The UPD81046GD-5BB is suitable for 600dpi/A3 high-speed color digital copiers, color scanners, and other applications with its package that has high heat radiation and a built-in heat sink.
