SM324QF-BB is a 128Mb Mobile Synchronous DRAM IC chip designed to achieve high-speed data transfer using pipeline architecture. Both TSOP and BGA packages, including industrial grade products, are available for this chip. The SDRAM is burst-oriented for both write and read accesses. It refers to the rising edge of the clock input for all input/output signals. The SDRAM is designed to minimize current consumption, making it ideal for low-power applications.
