The DAC08RC is an 8-bit monolithic digital-to-analog converter designed for high-speed performance at a low cost. It offers outstanding flexibility for various applications. With advanced circuit design, it achieves fast settling times of 85 ns and low glitch energy, while consuming low power. The DAC08RC provides monotonic multiplying performance over a wide 20-to-1 reference current range. It eliminates the need for full-scale trimming in most applications, thanks to its matching capability within 1 LSB between reference and full-scale currents. The DAC08RC also offers direct interface compatibility with popular logic families, providing full noise immunity with its high swing and adjustable threshold logic input.
