Description
The TPD4S012DRYR is a TVS mixed technology component model that works as a four-channel Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection diode array designed for USB chargers and USB On-The-Go (OTG) interfaces. It offers IEC 61000-4-2 system level ESD protection with a Vgus line tolerance of 15 V. Its voltage tolerance at the Vg BuS line, along with its small flow-through packaging, makes it ideal for circuit protection for USB charging and OTG applications.
