Description
The LTC6411IUD is a dual-channel high dynamic range, high gain downconverting mixer designed for RF applications in the frequency range of 600MHz to 4GHz. It is specifically optimized for 600MHz to 1.7GHz RF applications, making it ideal for LTE or GSM receivers with a 700MHz to 915MHz RF input and high side LO. The LTC6411IUD offers excellent performance with features such as a conversion gain of 8.7dB at 900MHz, IIP3 of 26dBm at 900MHz, and a noise figure of 9.7dB at 900MHz. It also provides high channel-to-channel isolation of 53dB and low power consumption with a maximum of 1.25W at 3.3V.
