Description

The SAA7114A is a video capture device designed for applications at the image port of VGA controllers. It is a video decoder with six analog inputs and internal analog source selectors. The device also features analog preprocessing channels with built-in analog anti-alias filters. It offers fully programmable static gain or Automatic Gain Control (AGC) for the selected CVBS or Y/C channel. The vertical scaling includes linear phase interpolation and an accumulating filter for anti-aliasing. The device also offers horizontal phase correct up and downscaling for improved signal quality of scaled data.
