The UPD161833A is a source driver for TFT-LCDs that supports a 64 gray-scale display. It operates with a supply voltage of 2.5V for the logic block and 5.0V for the driver block. The data input is 6-bit x 3-dot digital data, which is output as 64 γ-corrected values using an internal D/A converter and 5 external power modules. This driver allows for a 260,000-color (full-color) display.Specifications and features
