Description
The RF2048TR7 is a general purpose, low cost RF amplifier IC. It is manufactured on an advanced Gallium Arsenide Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) process, designed for use as an easily-cascadable 50Ω gain block. It is suitable for IF and RF amplification in wireless voice and data communication products operating in frequency bands up to 8000MHz. The device features a self-contained design with 50Ω input and output impedances and requires only two external DC biasing elements to operate as specified. With its extremely small Micro-X ceramic package, it offers enhanced reliability and significantly lower thermal resistance compared to similar size plastic packages.
