NEC's PS7801C-1A is a solid-state relay that features GaAs LEDs on the input side and MOSFETs on the output side. It has a low output capacitance and is suitable for high-frequency signal control. With an ultra-small flat-lead package, it offers a reduction in mounting area compared to previous models. The PS7801C-1A also has low on-state resistance and low off-state leakage current.
