Description
The LTC1290CCSW is a data acquisition component in the ADCs/DACs product category. It is a serial I/O successive approximation A/D converter that utilizes LTCMOSTM switched capacitor technology. The LTC1290CCSW can perform either 12-bit unipolar or 11-bit plus sign bipolar A/D conversions. It features an 8-channel input multiplexer that can be configured for single-ended or differential inputs. Additionally, it includes an on-chip sample-and-hold for all single-ended input channels. In applications where low power consumption is desired, the LTC1290CCSW can be powered down with a serial word.
