Description
The SST39VF040-90-4C-WH is a CMOS Multi-Purpose Flash (MPF) manufactured by SST using their proprietary SuperFlash technology. It is available in different configurations including 64K x8, 128K x8, 256K x8, and 512K x8. The split-gate cell design and thick-oxide tunneling injector ensure better reliability and manufacturability compared to other approaches. This flash memory device operates with a power supply of 2.7-3.6V and conforms to JEDEC standard pinouts for x8 memories. It is widely used in various electronic applications.
