ROHM’s U4221B is a CMOS Voltage Detector IC with adjustable output delay. It is a high-accuracy, low current consumption Voltage Detector IC with a built-in delay circuit. The U4221B is part of the BU42xx and BU43xx series, which offers a lineup of ICs with two output types (Nch open drain and CMOS output) and detection voltages ranging from 0.9V to 4.8V in increments of 0.1V. This allows the series to be selected based on specific application requirements.
