The K7I643682M-FC25 is a high-performance DDR Common I/O Synchronous Pipelined Burst SRAM. It is available in two configurations: K7I163682B with 524,288 words by 36 bits, and K7I1161882B with 1,048,576 words by 18 bits, along with K7I160882B.
