Description
The UPG2164T5N-E2-A is a GaAs MMIC for PA driver amplifier with variable gain function which was developed for PDC (Personal Digital Cellular in Japan) and another L-band application. The device can operate with 3.0V, having high gain and low distortion. It is designed to operate in the frequency range of 889 to 960 MHz and 1429 to 1453 MHz with an output power level of +8 dBm.
