The ISP LSI 2032-80LJ44 is a high density programmable logic device designed for electronic components. It features 32 registers, 32 universal I/O pins, two dedicated input pins, three dedicated clock input pins, and a global routing pool (GRP) for complete interconnectivity. The device offers 5V in system programmability and in-system diagnostic capabilities, allowing for nonvolatile reprogrammability of the logic and interconnect to provide truly reconfigurable systems.

- Enhancements: The ISP LSI 2032-80LJ44 is fully form and function compatible to the ISP LSI 2032, with identical timing specifications and packaging. It is built on an advanced 0.35 micron E2CMOS® technology. - High density programmable logic: The device offers 1000 PLD gates, 32 I/O pins with two dedicated inputs, 32 registers, high speed global interconnect, wide input gating for fast counters, state machines, address decoders, and more. It has a small logic block size for random logic. - High performance E2CMOS® technology: The ISP LSI 2032-80LJ44 has a maximum operating frequency of 180 MHz, a propagation delay of 5.0 ns, and TTL compatible inputs and outputs. It is electrically erasable and reprogrammable, non-volatile, and 100% tested at the time of manufacture. It also features unused product term shutdown to save power. - In-system programmable: The device is designed for in-system programmability (ISP™) and operates at 5V only. This allows for increased manufacturing yields, reduced time-to-market, and improved product quality. Soldered devices can be reprogrammed for faster prototyping. - Offers the ease of use and fast system speed of PLDs with the density and flexibility of field programmable gate arrays: The ISP LSI 2032-80LJ44 is a complete programmable device that can combine G logic and structured designs. It has enhanced pin locking capability, three dedicated clock input pins, synchronous and asynchronous clocks, programmable output slew rate control, flexible pin placement, and an optimized global routing pool for global interconnectivity.
