Description
The R3112N131A-TR is a CMOS-based voltage detector IC under the R3112x Series by Renesas Electronics. These ICs have high detector threshold accuracy, ultra-low supply current, and are designed to work at very low voltage making it perfect to use as a system reset.
Specifications and features
The R3112N131A-TR consists of a voltage reference unit, comparator, resistor net, output driver, hysteresis circuit, and an output delay circuit. It has fixed and highly accurate detector threshold internally and does not require any adjustment. It offers two types of output - Nch open-drain and CMOS. Three package types are available - SOT-23-5, small SC-82AB, and ultra-small SON1612-6. The IC can work on an operating voltage range of 0.7V to 6.0V, and its detector threshold ranges from 0.9V to 5.0V with a detector threshold accuracy of ±2.0%. It also has a low temperature drift coefficient of detector threshold, typically ±100ppm/°C. Other features include a built-in output delay circuit with a typ. 100ms delay, and a supply current of typ. 0.5µA (R3112x271A/C, VDD=2.6V).
