Description
The ISL6522CBZ-TR5190 is a DC-DC switching controller designed to provide complete control and protection for high-performance microprocessor applications. It utilizes a synchronous rectified buck topology and is capable of driving two N-Channel MOSFETs. The converter's output voltage can be precisely regulated to as low as 0.8V, with a maximum tolerance of ±1% over temperature and line voltage variations. The ISL6522CBZ-TR5190 features a single feedback loop voltage mode control with fast transient response, a 200kHz free-running triangle-wave oscillator, and protection against overcurrent conditions without the need for a current sensing resistor.Specifications and features
