Description
The LCA182 is a 1-Form-A solid state relay that provides 3750VRMS of input to output isolation using optically coupled MOSFET technology. It is a semiconductor device that can replace mechanical relays and offers faster, bounce-free switching in a compact surface mount or through-hole package. Clare’s patented OptoMOS architecture and the use of a highly efficient GaAIAs infrared LED make LCA182 one of the most efficient Clare Solid State Relay Family members on the market.
